Recently one of my patients out of bed, preparing for work, and walked out the door, only to discover that there is ice on the road. He immediately thought: "This is a bad day." He was right. It was. Everything that happened on that day went against them, in fact, the whole day was like that and it was not just about time! Every time something negative happens, it became increasingly angry. We often do not realize how much power we have over what has happened with us. We think that life just happened to us, and we have no control over it.
